Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning the delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies
- Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Visiting clients in Chonburi and Eastern Seaboard in the future *Own car *Driving license
- Meeting with company executives to discuss sales results, client satisfaction, and product performance
- Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share
- Monitoring competitor activity and adapting strategies to ensure that the company maintains its competitive advantage in the market
- Establishing long-term business goals and developing plans to achieve them
- Other tasks as being assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business solutions or any related field
- At least 3 years of working experience as Sales in automotive industry
- Experience using sales tracking or customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Prospecting and lead generation and nurturing experience
- Communication skills, negotiation and collaboration
- Problem-solving, mentoring, and coaching
- Leadership
- Business computing skills
- Conversational middle to high level of English *interview in English *Meeting with clients
- Own car *Driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Product knowledge (forklift, AGV)
