Sales Manager (35K–48K) (SDG-108757) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย <Job responsibilities> External tasks: - Check the status of existing customers, respond to requests received, and report on investigations. - Preparation of materials and contact by phone or e-mail to acquire new customers. - Inquiries and negotiations with product wholesalers - Arrange the car with a driver (When trouble happens, need to reply on weekend) *Depending on the situation, visit client site 1-2 times/month Internal tasks: - Support for Japanese MD - Information management of customers in multiple sections - Internal coordination with various sections for support services for personnel accounting processes - Prepare report for English - Prepare the manual for department tasks <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> งานภายนอก: - ตรวจสอบสถานะของลูกค้าปัจจุบัน ตอบสนองต่อคำขอที่ได้รับ และรายงานการสอบสวน - จัดเตรียมวัสดุและติดต่อทางโทรศัพท์หรืออีเมลเพื่อหาลูกค้าใหม่ - สอบถามและเจรจากับผู้ค้าส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ - จัดรถพร้อมคนขับ (เมื่อเกิดปัญหาต้องตอบกลับสุดสัปดาห์) *ไปไซต์ลูกค้า 1-2 ครั้ง/เดือน ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์ ภารกิจภายใน: - สนับสนุน MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น - การจัดการข้อมูลของลูกค้าในหลายส่วน - ประสานงานภายในกับส่วนต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้บริการสนับสนุนกระบวนการบัญชีบุคลากร - จัดทำรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ - จัดทำคู่มือสำหรับงานแผนก
