Sales Manager – IT Solutions (90K–150K) (SDG-118204) <Job responsibilities> - Maintained relationships with 40% of existing clients and finding 60% of new clients. - Develop and execute Sales strategies for Enterprise Solutions, Network, and Security products. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and customers to expand business opportunities. - Lead, train, and motivate a large sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT Solutions - Collaborate with pre-Sales, technical, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. - prepare Sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to optimize business operations. - other duties assigned.
Job Requirement
