Sales Officer (Chinese speaking) (35K – 60K) (SDG-116163) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (สื่อสารภาษาจีน) Duties & Responsibilities: • Receive & Share Customer's requirement (Chinese clients) • Review Customer P/O or Forecast. • Review Self Evaluation performance result and review in case needs improvement • Control and Review Inventory stock as of target, clear movement, and dead stock • Co-operate with factory, Warehouse, customer, and suppliers • Provide and Issue quotations or requests for quotations to the Customer • Database monitoring, review, and correct data. • Conductibility with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) meeting about new modeler for the Trial stage. • Inform superior level in case & design change • Support Customer Audit • Arrange the delivery to the customer by controlling • Report any problem to the Sales Manager, Japanese manager • Other duties assign by top management หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • รับและแบ่งปันความต้องการของลูกค้า (ลูกค้าชาวจีน) • ตรวจสอบใบสั่งซื้อหรือการคาดการณ์ของลูกค้า • ตรวจสอบผลการประเมินตนเองและตรวจสอบในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องปรับปรุง • ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสต๊อกสินค้าให้ถึงเป้าหมาย เคลียร์การเคลื่อนย้าย และสต๊อกสินค้าที่ขายไม่ออก • ร่วมมือกับโรงงาน คลังสินค้า ลูกค้า และซัพพลายเออร์ • จัดทำและออกใบเสนอราคาหรือคำขอใบเสนอราคาให้กับลูกค้า • ตรวจสอบฐานข้อมูล ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขข้อมูล • ดำเนินการประชุม APQP (การวางแผนคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ขั้นสูง) เกี่ยวกับนักสร้างแบบจำลองใหม่สำหรับขั้นตอนการทดลอง • แจ้งผู้บริหารระดับสูงในกรณีเปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบ • สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบลูกค้า • จัดเตรียมการจัดส่งให้กับลูกค้าโดยควบคุม • รายงานปัญหาใดๆ ต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย ผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น • หน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารระดับสูง
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 25-45 years • Female / Male • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 2 years of experience as a sale in manufacturing industry • Conversational High level of Chinese (Used for clients, visiting foreign clients, email, and documents) • Able to visit clients with the sales team around 1 time/ month (The company provides cars and drivers) • Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office Excel (Formula/Vlookup/Pivot table) • Study or work in China, Taiwan, Hong Korn etc. is preferable. • Have experience in PCB manufacturing company is preferable. • More than Business level of Chinese speaking who understand Chinese business culture etc. is preferable.
