Sales Player Manager (JP) (40K–60K) (SDG-115884)
<Job responsibilities>
- Interpret the meeting both internal/external (JP/TH)
- Attend board meeting
- Work as mediator between Thai property owners and Japanese renters/buyers
- Visit the site with customers by driving by yourself and explain the state
- Manage Sales team, especially Sales forecasts and results
- Analyze Sales, KPI and plan actions
- Coordinate with Japanese headquarters and Thai branch
- Communicate with Japanese headquarters about the business situation
- Manage internal documents such as reports or application forms etc.
- Plan organization improvement
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years experience as a sales in any industry
(Experience in communicating with external staff is necessary)
- Conversational high level of Japanese (Interpretation between Thai and Japanese members)
- Conversational high level of English(for external use)
- Have driving license
- Logical thinking skill
- A person who likes challenging tasks or changing situation
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having personal car
- Working Experience in real estate
- Experience of living in Japan (working, Studying)
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
