Sales representative (Chinese) (30K–65K) (SDG-115484)
<Job responsibilities>
- Translating conversations between Chinese and English, ensuring clear and accurate communication between all parties involved.
- Conduct market research to identify acquisition targets, and analyze industry trends and competitors to Find suitable candidates.
- Sales activities, such as identifying potential seller companies (mainly local companies) in Thailand and making cold calls to new companies
- Develop Strong relationships with both buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and objectives to explore M&a opportunities.
- Advise clients on M&a strategies, presenting optimal deal structures and solutions that align with their business growth goals.
- Assist in negotiations by helping to shape deal terms and pricing, ensuring the client’s interests are maximized throughout the process.
- Oversee the entire M&a process, coordinating due diligence (DD), contract preparation, and other practical aspects to ensure a smooth transaction.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- More than a bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience in sales in any industry
- Having Experience in business Development
- more than the business level of Chinese to Communicate with Chinese companies
- more than the Conversational middle level of English to Communicate with the Japanese managing director
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having Experience in finance or M&a business
