Sales staff (Agriculture) (20K–22K) (SDG-112074) พนักงานขาย(เกษตร) 1 คน <Job responsibilities> • Develop a thorough understanding of our agricultural products, services, and the needs of our target customers – primarily farmers and agricultural businesses. • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential clients within the agricultural sector to expand our market reach. • Conduct visits to farms and agricultural or other industry enterprises to demonstrate our services, understand client needs, and provide solutions that align with their goals. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to convert prospects into customers. • Provide feedback from customers to ensure our offerings meet market demands. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within the agricultural industry. • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and satisfactory after-sales service. • Other tasks as assigned <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • พัฒนาความเข้าใจอย่างถ่องแท้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตร บริการ และความต้องการ ลูกค้าเป้าหมาย – ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเกษตรกรและธุรกิจการเกษตร • สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพในภาคการเกษตร เพื่อขยายการเข้าถึงตลาด • ดำเนินการไปฟาร์มและสถานประกอบการทางการเกษตรหรืออุตสาหกรรมอื่น ๆ เพื่อสาธิตบริการ เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าและเสนอโซลูชันที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย • เตรียมและส่งมอบการนำเสนอการขาย ข้อเสนอ และสัญญาเพื่อเปลี่ยนลูกค้าเป้าหมายให้กลายมาเป็นลูกค้า • ให้ข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้าเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อเสนอของเราตรงตามความต้องการของตลาด • ติดตามแนวโน้มตลาดและกิจกรรมของคู่แข่งเพื่อระบุโอกาสและความท้าทายในอุตสาหกรรมการเกษตร • จัดการบัญชีลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์ตรงเวลาและบริการหลังการขายที่น่าพอใจ • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
