Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling all External and Internal Document such as purchase Order, Processing Order and Delivery Order etc.
- Contact and Communicate with customer and other concern section in company.
- Handling Tax Invoice and Bill Replacement.
- Receiving customer's problems and claims.
- Handling Internal document in Sales Section.
- Visit existing client in Eastern Seaboard once a month with company care (drivers provided)
- Visit clients in China (once a year)
- Other assignments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Fresh grads are welcome
- Basic Steel Knowledge
- Advance conversational high level of Chinese (HSK5)
- Conversational middle level of English (Able to read and write for email and document use)
- Communication and Teamwork and Social Skills
- Responsibility and can work under pressure
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have working experience as Sales in steel or electronics production
