Senior-Supervisor Engineer
(23K – 35K) (SDG-59908)
วิศวกร (ระดับอาวุโสหรือหัวหน้างาน)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for production and utility activities such as production rate, downtime, and process improvement etc. to make it efficiently and reach objective and target
• Good knowledge of cost reduction such as balance line, process lean, WIP
• To fix the machine to maximum efficiency within a specified period.
• Training support to colleagues for high performance team
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to carry on work assignment efficiently
• Process engineer shall provide technical assistance and leadership in implementing Improvement Objectives in plant
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-35 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
• Working experience at least 5 years in production or process engineer in electronics business.
• Have management experience at least 2 years as leader or higher (have subordinate at 20 person up for Senior position / at 50 person up for Supervisor position)
• Have acknowledge in AutoCAD or Solid work
• To good understanding of machinery in PLC (Cutting machine, Pressure test machine, Soldering process )
• Able to read drawing
• Knowledge in MS office
• Advance Conversation low-middle in English. (Report, email, Communicate with Japanese)
• Good and professional attitude, strong leadership skills, analytical and solve problems skill as well, team spirit, honest, and patient to be ethical and disciplined.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon – Fri *Saturday Working: 4-6 days per year)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมการผลิตและสาธารณูปโภคเช่นอัตราการผลิตเวลาหยุดทำงานและการปรับปรุงกระบวนการ ฯลฯ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมาย
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการลดต้นทุนเป็นอย่างดีเช่นสายการผลิตแบบลีนกระบวนการ WIP
•แก้ไขเครื่องจักรให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
•การฝึกอบรมสนับสนุนเพื่อนร่วมงานสำหรับทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง
•ประสานงานกับบุคคลภายในและภายนอกเพื่อดำเนินงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
•วิศวกรกระบวนการต้องให้ความช่วยเหลือทางเทคนิคและความเป็นผู้นำในการดำเนินการตามวัตถุประสงค์การปรับปรุงในโรงงาน
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 28-35 ปี
•ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาเครื่องกลไฟฟ้าอุตสาหการ
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการผลิตหรือวิศวกรกระบวนการในธุรกิจอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าหรือสูงกว่า (มีลูกน้องตั้งแต่ 20 คนขึ้นไปสำหรับตำแหน่งอาวุโส / 50 คนขึ้นไปสำหรับตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน)
•รับทราบใน AutoCAD หรือ Solid work
•เพื่อความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักรใน PLC (เครื่องตัด, เครื่องทดสอบแรงดัน, กระบวนการบัดกรี)
•สามารถอ่านแบบได้
•มีความรู้ใน MS office
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (รายงานอีเมลสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
•ทัศนคติที่ดีและเป็นมืออาชีพมีทักษะในการเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่งทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาเช่นกันจิตวิญญาณของทีมซื่อสัตย์และอดทนเพื่อให้มีจริยธรรมและมีระเบียบวินัย
