Service Engineer Leader (Industrial Machine) (28K–32K) (SDG-102515) หัวหน้าวิศวกรบริการ (เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม) <Job responsibilities> - Visit client site for maintenance our machine - Ask client about trouble and analyze the factor of the problem (mainly take care of Electric problem, but have to support mechanical in the future) ‐ Take care of maintainance of machines and equipment in our factory (When this position doesn't need to client site) - Inspect, diagnose, and rectify machine failure operation, problems, breakdowns. including execute new machine installation with Team, test run of machine and Provide training to users of its machine operation, maintenances, and safety aspects **Visit client around 2-3 days per week **This position has to drive company car or own car to visit client **Client area: Ayutthaya, Saraburi, Chonburi, Rayong, Prachinburi, Amata Nakorn <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - เดินทางไปไซต์งานลูกค้าเพื่อบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร - ถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับปัญหาและวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยของปัญหา (ดูแลปัญหาไฟฟ้าเป็นหลัก แต่ต้องสนับสนุนเครื่องกลในอนาคต) ‐ ดูแลบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในโรงงาน (เมื่อตำแหน่งนี้ไม่จำเป็นต้องเข้าไซต์งานลูกค้า) - ตรวจสอบ วินิจฉัย และแก้ไขการทำงานที่ขัดข้อง ปัญหา เครื่องเสีย รวมถึงดำเนินการติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่กับทีมงาน ทดสอบเดินเครื่อง และจัดอบรมผู้ใช้งานเครื่องจักร การบำรุงรักษา และความปลอดภัย **เข้าพบลูกค้าประมาณ 2-3 วันต่อสัปดาห์ **ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องขับรถบริษัทหรือมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวไปพบลูกค้า **พื้นที่ลูกค้า: อยุธยา สระบุรี ชลบุรี ระยอง ปราจีนบุรี อมตะนคร
