Service Office Receptionist / Sales Coordinator (N3) (23K–29K) (SDG-116527)

<Job responsibilities>
- Main Responsibility: Focus on service office and investment scope.
- Requirement: One individual to cover multiple roles; can either fulfill all five areas of duties or support at least three.
1. Receptionist & Customer Service duties:
- Manage front office and greet customers.
- Handle administrative tasks, reports, and complaints.
- Organize meetings, maintain property, and manage operations.
- Process incoming communications and Coordinate maintenance.
- Plan special events and manage media creation.
2. Sales Coordinator duties:
- Manage Sales documents and transactions.
- Support Sales activities and customer inquiries.
- Create and publish advertising media online.
- Provide after-Sales Support and maintain supplier relationships.
3. Sales Staff duties:
- Focus on acquiring tenants/customers through online channels.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition.
- Prepare Sales reports and promote marketing online.
4. Business Supporter duties:
- handle visa and work permit processes.
- Pre-notify immigration for 90-day reports.
5. Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Arrange team meetings and Prepare presentations.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience as an Office Receptionist, Sales Coordinator or related field 
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Conversational high level in Japanese (JLPT N3)
  (communicate with Japanese visitors and report line)
- Conversational middle level in English
  (normally used for emails and documents)
Personality :
- Kind, Polite, and Mature
- Good personality
- Have leadership, service mind
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in customer service
