Southeast Asia Marketing Manager (Truck Parts) (150K–200K) (SDG-113521)
<Job responsibilities>
- Works directly with senior management to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Provides leadership and direction in the development and execution of promotional and communication marketing Plan for the organization.
- Lead development of regional market selling tools to explore company branding .
- Develop and execute market plan for on highway Truck and Bus programs in Southeast Asia .
- Provides and support cross regional opportunities and activities. work closely with Southeast Asia TEAM members to ensure consistent and effective marketing strategies are in place to support Sales growth in these Regions.
- Lead marketing plans for Southeast Asia in promoting and communicating key their attributes of performance, productivity, efficiency and reliability.
- Develop locally based resources mix of both them and contracted agencies to enhance their marketing communications capability. Identify and expand knowledge of vocational and market opportunities within the region.
- Manage PR & media activities in Southeast Asia, including press releases, media releases, testimonials, advertisements etc.
- Plan and execute major events, trade shows and joint OEM events in cooperation with country teams.
- Manage marketing expenses in Southeast Asia and provide reports on monthly expense and forecast budgets.
- Identify and quantify targeted markets for their new products, and support development of marketing specifications for new their products required for Southeast Asia.
- Support Strategic Insight initiatives to ensure they are aware of evolving competitive actions in the global marketplace.
- Conducts market analysis and establishes data management and tracking systems to improve the company’s marketing efforts. Lead marketing intelligence activity to capture market information and to regional sales team for generating business growth
- Represents the organization at various community and business meetings; provides consultation and collaborates on projects with other departments and/or external constituencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Having At least 7-10 years’ working experience including minimum of 5 years in marketing, sales, or commercial vehicles ,or auto industry , business development.
- Business level of English
- Good excel and PowerPoint skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having working Experience with OEMs or fleets in commercial vehicle industry in South East Asia
- Having Japanese OEM interface Experience
- Having Conversational high level of Japanese, Chinese, Malay etc.
- Having MBA
- Having marketing degree couple with Engineering Discipline.
- Having knowledge of engines/transmissions in commercial vehicles.
- Having commercial vehicle or special vehicle Sales and marketing Experience in SE Asia.
- Customer centric and ability to bond with customers at all levels.
- Self-starter and fast learner with Strong ability to energize and inspire others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both listening and presentation.
- Strong organizations skills and disciplined work ethics.
