Supervisor New Product (Automotive Product) (30K–40K) (SDG-118150) <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for planning, coordinating, and Communicating with customers effectively. - Conduct APQP (Advanced product quality planning) to efficiently meet customer requirements. - Plan and Design mold concepts in collaboration with suppliers to Ensure effective mold development. - Visit customer's factory and suppliers (depending on project) - other assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - At least 4 years of experience in New product planning in the automotive industry - At least 1 year of experience in management team (Leader/Supervisor/Manager level) - have a driving car license (Use company car) - Conversational high level in English (communication with Japanese customers and local and overseas suppliers) - Strong Problem-Solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting <Preferable Skill / Experience> - have Experience in Conduct APQP (Advanced product quality planning) Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bang Pu, Samut Prakan Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday, Saturday Working: Every other Saturday (08.00-17.00)) About the Benefits 30,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Automobile Industry Business Type: Automobiles / Automobile Parts;Rubber / Resin / Plastic;
