Talent and Development Manager (40K–60K) (SDG-117800)
<Job responsibilities>
- Contribute to the Plant’s annual HCM -Staff plan, KPIs, targets, and budget.
- Assist in verifying and approving the annual performance Management and talent Development plans and budget.
- Communicate annual plans and priorities for IEs to set and approve their SMART Goals.
- Advocate and promote PMP importance to managers and staff.
- Provide PMP training and resolve system/process issues.
- Monitor PMP progress, provide Feedback, and ensure timely completion.
- Assist managers with performance improvement plans.
- Help analyze Staff training needs and recommend an annual plan.
- Coordinate the schedule, maintain training records, and minimize operational disruption.
- Develop relationships for collaborative opportunities.
- Design and approve training programs and materials.
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
- Promote a Development mindset and climate for MLCs.
- Provide coaching for creating Staff Development plans.
- Help design and Evaluate programs for specific groups.
- Advise on Development needs and processes for future role preparation.
- Contribute to the Factory’s HCM annual plan, KPIs, and budget.
- Assist in verifying and approving the FSK training plan and budget.
- Communicate the annual operating plan to IEs for setting and approving SMART Goals.
- Review and improve the quality and translation of local training materials.
- Coordinate preparation of materials, machines, and mockups for training delivery.
- Maintain and Monitor the usage of FSK training materials.
- Arrange the venue and materials for scheduled training.
- Report on training schedule progress and address delays.
- Track participation and pass rates, investigating shortfalls and recommending solutions.
- Monitor and Support instructors, providing Feedback and coaching.
- Review each class, identify issues, and make recommendations.
- Consolidate and upload Data to the FSK Database.
- Diagnose on-the-job difficulties and recommend solutions.
- Coach instructors, managers, and participants on applying FSKs.
- Contribute to program evaluation and recommend improvements.
- Build relationships to enhance FSK training’s support for Factory performance.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR, and Functional Skilled Knowledge (FSK). in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- English conversational high level (Coordinate with Hongkong headquater, documents and e-mail)
- Good multi-media functions for training materials.
- HCM (Human Capital Management)
- PMP (Perfomance Management process)
- FSK (Fuctional skills knowledge)
- Live in Samut Sakhon
