Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 27-45 years • Any gender • Bachelor's degree in any engineering • At least 5 years of design experience in air conditioner company • Hands-on experience in refrigeration cycles and air conditioning systems. • Design experience in VRF systems (both indoor and outdoor units). • Deep understanding of refrigeration cycles and air conditioning systems. • Ability to review technical drawings with accuracy. • Self-motivated with the ability to gather necessary information independently. • Strong willingness to learn and ability to mentor and support junior employees. • Problem-solving skills and leadership qualities to drive projects forward. • Experience in refrigeration cycle design for VRF systems (heat recovery models) is preferable. • Ability to work in Japanese (preferred for communication with the Japan headquarters) is preferable.
