VRF Engineer (Housing design for buildings) (30K – 50K) (SDG-115511) วิศวกร VRF (ออกแบบบ้านพักอาศัยสำหรับอาคาร) Duties & Responsibilities: • Design external components, fans, and electrical enclosures (sheet metal and plastic parts), including drawing creation and verification. • Create and review bill of materials (BOM) and assembly guidelines. • Develop specifications and design documents for external parts, fans, and electrical enclosures. • Evaluate enclosure components, including: Fan performance testing, Packaging and transportation assessments, and Internal temperature evaluation of electrical enclosures and pass/fail analysis. • Other assign tasks หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ: • ออกแบบส่วนประกอบภายนอก พัดลม และตู้ไฟฟ้า (แผ่นโลหะและชิ้นส่วนพลาสติก) รวมถึงการสร้างและการตรวจสอบแบบร่าง • สร้างและตรวจสอบรายการวัสดุ (BOM) และแนวทางการประกอบ • พัฒนาข้อกำหนดและเอกสารการออกแบบสำหรับส่วนประกอบภายนอก พัดลม และตู้ไฟฟ้า • ประเมินส่วนประกอบของตู้ไฟฟ้า รวมถึง: การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของพัดลม, การประเมินบรรจุภัณฑ์และการขนส่ง, การประเมินอุณหภูมิภายในของตู้ไฟฟ้าและการวิเคราะห์ผ่าน/ไม่ผ่าน • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 27-35 years • Any gender • Bachelor's degree in any engineering • At least 5 years of experience in plastic or sheet metal component design of air conditioner • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word). • Experience in **2D/3D CAD design** (must have experience in at least one of the following: fan design, external component design, or electrical enclosure design). • Experience in VRF outdoor unit enclosure design for commercial air conditioning systems is preferable. • Experience in designing indoor units (ducted systems, cassette-type units) is preferable. • Experience in refrigeration cycle design for air conditioners is preferable. • Be able to use Japanese language is preferable.
