Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Human Resources: 
・Recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions. 
・Oversee and manage the labour contracts and appendices. Termination of labour contracts
・Manage and lead the team to ensure the onboarding and offboarding procedures comply with the HQ and local laws and regulations
・Compilation of labour hours, overtime, monthly salary calculation and payroll
・ Coordinate with the outsourcing company to perform the tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union, and personal income tax monthly
・Perform the annual assessment for subordinates following the company's policies
・Support and propose the annual salary increment, bonus round, and promotion following the company’s policy and direction
・Act as the bridge between the local office and regional HQ and HQ to ensure staff welfare and training arrangements are abreast
- Maintain employee personnel files and monitor the HR filing system
- Ensure compliance with all employment practices, policies, and legislation
- Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors, and management on human resource and work-related issues

2. Administration:
・Supervise the admin team to:
- Ensure the office facility and assets are well-maintained
- Ensure sufficiency of office purchases such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facilities, and give-away storage
- Maintain all office legal and permit documents, dealing and liaising with related external party
- Maintain all expat stuff such as work permit, car and driver, housing, school fee, and other expat facilities
- Ensure a smooth arrangement for business trips and related issues
・ Work closely and maintain good relationships with the related authorities (CAAV, Immigration, Department of Labour, etc) and business partners (especially airport-related partners)
・Propose and manage the annual working schedule and office working hours in compliance with the HQ's policies and local regulations
・Oversee and control funds for office special events such as year-end parties, team building, holiday celebrations and anniversaries
・Risk management

3. Accounting:
・Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
・Supervise the accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely tax compliance in collaboration with tax professionals
・Supervise the budget compilation and BUD-ACT control
・Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
・Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Gender: Any
・Age: 35-45 years old
・Language: English business level
・Experience: Have at least 5 years working experience in HR & GA & Accounting positions, which includes 3 years' experience of management + Working experience in any industry (in MNC companies) + Must have below skills: 
- Have broad knowledge and experience in expat permits, company legal document permits, and renewal
- Easily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government officials
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Have working experience in MNC companies
- Have working experience in negotiations and business processes with external parties

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skills
・Working experience in an Airline or travel agency

<Preferable personality>
・Good communication (will have many communication line)
・Good leadership skills (will have to work with many departments)
・Good problem-solving skills: Strong at dealing with HR situations
