Job Description
<Job duties>
- Be in charge of General Accounting for the Food Department. such as payment arrangement, manage receivable account, payable account, etc...
- Follow-up on the Credit management of all departments.
- Sales/ Purchase Checklist: pick up sampling purchase/ sales transactions, check the credit limit, evidence,...
- Prepare inventory reconciliation, warehouse physical checking for tax audit.
- Convert principal data to MISA accounting software for VAS purchase, sales, and inventory report.
- Translate GL's (General Ledger) remarks, input new codes in MKS (Mankichi Accounting System)/ SAP
- File all documents into files, classify documents such as TAR, TAP, expense, etc...
- Other tasks requested by the Supervisor, General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: From 25
・Gender: Female only
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having at least 3 years of experience in an accounting position in trading companies
・Professional Skills: Excel skills, critical thinking, time management, negotiation skills.
