Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and prioritize sales activities, develop a healthy sales pipeline in assigned territories and vertical industries.
- Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Make persuasive demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Recruit new customers & and establish relationships with customers in assigned territory.
- Protect existing account base, and increase revenue and profitability within the account.
- Collect and analyze customers’ information to consult customers effectively.
- Be timely report on Sales calls/visits, forecast, and market situations to the Sales Manager.
- Follow company policy to support/ and develop Dealers/ Partner.
- Manage Dealers/ Partners: Revenue/ budget/ support – monthly meeting/ review.
- Cooperate with internal team/ regional teams for business development.
- Identify industry trends.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Language: English - Intermediate Level (Able to communicate with foreign customers)
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in direct sales/ and indirect sales in the Commercial Printer industry.
- IT knowledge, and experience in office equipment are preferred
- Proven experience in account management
- Good knowledge of the sales process
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Highly self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Computer skills: PC and office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce…)
