<Job Responsibilities>
- Handles daily financial transactions (receipts, payments, invoices), ensuring accurate recording and proper classification.
- Manages accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Supports financial statement preparation, expense reporting, and tax compliance.
- Maintains organized accounting records.
- Provides administrative support: manages files, meetings, office supplies, expenses, and projects.
- Oversees office operations, implements policies, and supports onboarding.
- Assists with HR tasks: onboarding, payroll, social insurance, and policy implementation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
・Language: English - Business Level
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both languages are necessary to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
・Experience: More than 3 years of practical accounting experience. Had experience as a freight forwarder or international logistic background.
・Knowledge: Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
・Skills: Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Good numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
・Personal Attributes: A high level of integrity and ethical standards is crucial for handling financial information. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new accounting regulations and company procedures. Problem-solving skills to address routine accounting issues and discrepancies.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in payroll is a plus.
・Familiar with Cargowise is an extreme plus.
