<Job Responsibilities>
Belongs to the Administration Department.
1. Reception:
・Welcome guests, serve beverages, turn off the light, and close the auto door at the reception area
・Receive, record, and deliver daily documents
・Send domestic and overseas documents, sample daily
・Pickup and transfer phone calls to staff.
2. Administration:
・Book appointments and create outgoing payments for all kinds of expenses related to admin tasks: golf member cards, water supply, phone cards, office cleansing,...
・Register information for new suppliers and modify it if there's any change in supplier's information
・Order and manage office stationery, furniture, equipment name cards, stamps,...and any asset for office
・Make payment for flight ticket, wifi,...
・Support HR dept in booking expenses when HR staff is on leave/busy …
3. Accounting:
・Daily issue VAT Invoice and input VAT invoice in the system daily
・Print red invoice => Put in order => Scan month by month => filing VAT in folder in hard and soft copy => Send hard folder to warehouse once or twice a year
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: Female
・Age: 22-40 years old.
・Language: English Business Level (equivalent to TOEIC over 800)
・Experience: More than 2 years of accounting
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
