<Job Responsibilities> - Support the sales team to work out technical and commercial proposals. - Handle after-sales service for robotics (warranty, spare parts, maintenance and inspection service, installation, commissioning, training ...) and ensure customer satisfaction. - Support the robotics sales team in product applications, marketing, and sales activities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Degree/ Diploma in Automation/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Having 2 - 4 years in Factory Robotic and Automation engineering (robots & machines). Prefer young and dynamic candidates. - Relevant technical background in factory automation (machines, PLC, Inverter, Servo, robot knowledge as a plus…). - Good skills in computer software: AutoCAD or Inverter/Solid work, some PLC programming, … - Frequent travels to other nearby provinces. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Understanding Japanese is an added advantage ・Prefer Experience in Food and Beverage (F&B), Fast Moving Consumer Goods ( FMCG) market (relevant to Packaging, Packing, Filling, Printing, Labeling, Weighing, Inspection, Palletizing, and Warehouse).
