Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
*Report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors on work progress and plans on a monthly basis.
*Frequent business trips to the HCMC
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and seek potential new clients in the premium corporate uniform sector.
- Maintain existing business relationships while establishing new connections with potential corporate clients. (Prefer proven experience in the B2B market with an existing customer database)
- Prepare quotations and bidding online/offline as proposals based on approved pricing according to customer requests.
- Develop and implement strategic planning, preparation, and execution of uniform bidding processes for tenders organized by banks and government agencies.
- Draft contracts after reaching a basic agreement with clients and facilitate the necessary procedures between the client and the company for signing.
- Directly execute and monitor contract performance and handle any issues that arise.
- Receive and address customer complaints related to orders.
- Coordinate with the Production/Technical department to ensure from sample making to order quality.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and stay informed about competitors’ offerings.
- Propose new strategies and plans to enhance work efficiency and drive business growth.
- Carry out assigned tasks as per the department head’s plan.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>

・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the apparel, uniform manufacturing, or fashion sales industry.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in large-scale companies specializing in high-end apparel and uniforms.
- Experience in managing the team
<Knowledge>
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in fields such as Apparel, Fashion, Business, or Trade.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Preferred in certain knowledge about fabrics
<Skill>
- Strong communication skills, no speech impediments or heavy regional accents.
- Excellent consultation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer psychology and handle situations flexibly.
- Willingness to travel for business based on company plans.
- Proactive, honest, and highly responsible, with a desire for long-term commitment to the company.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and passionate about apparel and sales.
- Serious, independent, creative, and able to work under high pressure.
