Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
This position belongs to the Building Management Department
- Building management: Work with the Building Management team and support in preparing any necessary documents to ensure the smooth operation of the Building
- Operation management: Coordination with operation team (Engineering, Security, Cleaning, Quality control), contractors, and other interior construction supervision
- Engineering management: Coordination with subcontractors for maintenance/inspection/renovation/repairing of
electrical, mechanical, fire fighting, plumbing, and other systems
- Attend all building operation-related meetings (Engineering, Security, Cleaning & others if required)
- Follow up on tenants' fit-out works with the Construction Management team
- Support the Accounting team in collecting rental, service charge, and other necessary payments (if necessary)
- Other tasks as required by the Manager of Building Management from time to time
Job Requirement
<Basic requirement>
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 30-40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business Level (good communication)
・Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the same field of building management position
・Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
<Preferable skill>
・Japanese skills
・Knowledge of building facilities and reading technical documents
・Experience in Japanese Companies

・Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and documentation skills
・Reliable, patient, and attentive to the assigned tasks
・Willing to learn and listen to the opinions of colleagues and superiors
・Experience in Japanese Companies is preferable
