<Total employees in Hanoi Office: 10 including 1 Japanese (from Jul 2025), Vietnamese:8~9> <Report line: Vietnamese Career Advisor Manager> <PR points> You will have the chance to: - Work in a young and dynamic environment with an average age of 27 - Get training for people who want to challenge themselves in the professional consulting area, especially developing in the recruitment area. - With our parent company being one of the biggest recruitment companies in Japan, we will have many opportunities to work with Japanese clients <Job tasks> ・Belongs to ENCA team, which will do Non-Japanese speaking Jobs ・ Contribute to the job-seeking candidates by providing them a better chance to develop themselves and give advice to let them think more deeply about their career ・ Search suitable candidates by using internal resources and external sources ・Calling existing Candidate List to update their working status ・Maintain strong relationships among candidates by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system ・Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but also "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and careers. ・Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility to reach success in their life, by providing the job market tendency and information. ・Provide the suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply ・Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed. ・Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. ・Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment. ・Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kinds of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> ・Gender: Any ・Age: under 25 ・Language: English Intermediate Level ・Experience: has at least 1 year of working as a recruitment consultant or recruitment staff. <Preferable personality> - Good communication skills - Quick learner. - Enjoy working in a rapid-changing environment and in a high-intensity condition - Sales mindset: Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possess target-oriented mind), has the sense of client-oriented, mind and thought - Japanese working environment familiar: Micro-Management Style (Check KPI daily & weekly)
