Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Client Service:
• Review the renewal list for timely reminders to clients
• Offer renewal quotations and new quotations for new clients
• Request the Business Processing Division to issue policies, and endorsements, issue Chinese policies, and send to clients.
• Look for new clients, approach clients, sell insurance and take care of clients
• Create, structure, and manage paper, email files, and other documentation by agreed processes and procedures of Marketing Divisions
• Co-ordinate efforts of all Departments/ Divisions and work as an intermediary on behalf of the Line Management(s)
• Conduct non-life insurance seminars/trainings for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure)
• Organize risk management seminars/trainings for existing clients
• Execute risk survey at client’s site as basis for offering quotation and continue following up the recommendations of risk survey, if any
• Check insurance claims to solidify trust and safeguard reputation.
2. Outstanding/ Unclear Premium:
• Update the status of outstanding premiums and follow up the overdue premiums to ensure collecting premiums fully and timely
3. Business Administration:
• Report any unusual problems to Line Management(s)
• Interview potential/prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage for business estimation
• Monthly and quarterly Gross Written Premium analysis report, expenses analysis report, Data Checking
• Assist Line Management(s) in finishing the Projection template report, estimated performance report, and other reports assigned by Line Management(s)
4. With concerned departments:
• Cooperate with Claims Divisions:
- Settle the claim smoothly for customers in compliance with the company’s procedure
- Follow up on any pending claim cases
- Organize risk/claim management seminars/trainings, risk survey at client’s site
• Coordinate with the Underwriting Division:
- Work closely with the Underwriting Division for quotation and coverage providing
- Cooperate with the Loss Control Engineer to conduct a risk survey at the client’s site.
• Coordinate with Business Processing Division for operation matters
• Coordinate with other divisions for all related jobs or in close coordination with other divisions for special events organized by The company.
5. Others:
• Update the market trends directly influenced by the company’s business activities.
• Report any unusual problems to Line Management(s) if any.
• Integrate the division’s data, and update the budget.
• Review and follow Reinsurance accounts, which are offered by the other insurance companies, and then refer them to Underwriting
Division/Reinsurance Division to approve/check the capacity.
• Translate related documents if any.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Chinese and English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 3 years of sales management experience in the insurance industry

o Management skills
o Strong marketing sense.
o Be able to clearly understand working procedures and flow charts.
o Well know all insurance products and be able to explain to clients their coverage
o Be highly aware of the requirement to be professional to provide high-quality service to clients.
o Market research analysis and quantitative skills
o Ability to work independently with less supervision
