Job Description

1. Client Service: 
- To review the renewal list for timely reminders to clients 
- To offer renewal quotations and new quotations for new clients 
- To request the Business Processing Team to issue policy, endorsement, issue Chinese policies, and send to clients 
- To look for new clients, approach clients, sell insurance and take care of clients 
- To conduct non-life insurance seminars for both current and potential clients (explain the cover of insurance policy and claim procedure) 
- Create structure and manage paper, email files, and other documentation in accordance with agreed processes and procedures of Marketing Division. 
- Co-ordinate efforts of all Departments/ Divisions and work as an intermediary on behalf of the Line Management(s). 
- To organize risk management seminars for existing clients 
- To execute a risk survey at the client’s site as the basis for offering a quotation 
2. Outstanding/Unclear Premium: 
- To update the status of outstanding premiums and follow up the overdue premiums to ensure collecting premiums fully and timely.
3. Business Administration: 
- To report any unusual problems to direct management 
- Monthly & quarterly Gross Written Premium analysis report, expenses analysis report, Data checking. 
4. With concerned departments: 
- To cooperate with Claims Divisions : 
+ to settle the claim smoothly for customers in compliance with the company’s procedure; 
+ to follow up on any pending claim cases; 
+ to organize risk/claim management seminars, and risk surveys at the client’s site 
- To coordinate with the Underwriting Division: 
+ to work closely with the Underwriting Division for quotation and coverage; 
+ to cooperate with the Loss Control Engineer to make a risk survey at the client’s site. 
- To follow up with the Business Processing Division for operation matters; 
- To coordinate with related Divisions for all related jobs or in close coordination with other departments for special events organized by the Company. 
5. Others: 
- To update the market trends directly influenced on Company’s business activities; 
- To assist Line Management(s) in related reports, administrative tasks, and translation tasks as assigned ; 
- To execute other office works as required by line management and the Company. 

Job Requirement

<Essential requirements>:
- Education: College Graduation, or Bachelor Degree major in marketing OR business management OR related fields
- Language: 
+ English at Intermediate level up
+ Chinese at Business level ( HSK5 and above)
- Gender: any is acceptable
- Age from 23 - 30 years old
- Experiences: At least 1-2 years of working experience in any industry (experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or marketing positions is a big plus) 

<Skills & Knowledge>: 
- Strong marketing sense.
- Be able to clearly understand working procedures & flow charts. 
- Well know all insurance products and be able to explain that to clients their coverage is a plus. 
- Be highly aware of the requirements to be professional to provide high-quality service to clients
