Job Description
<Expectation>
This position will be assigned to approach both existing and new Chinese companies. While it involves purchasing tasks, the main focus will be on sales activities for both new and existing clients.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales Activity
- Develop new customers
- Support and maintain existing customers in HCMC and nearby provinces (Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An, etc.).
- Other tasks required by the company and direct supervisor.
・Purchasing task
- Receive and track orders and deliveries.
- Create payment records and support the accountant in issuing invoices to customers.
- Update and track customer orders.
- Handle necessary procedures: contracts, customer support, and support for the sales team related to projects.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Gender: Male Preferred
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language:
- Mandarin - Intermediate Level (for external use)
・Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales(B2B) in any industry
- Have working experience in a Japanese or Chinese company
・Other
- Aspires to a career in sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Willing to travel to industrial parks near Ho Chi Minh City to conduct market sales in the future.
- Priority will be given to candidates who can start immediately.

- Language: English - Conversational Level (TOEIC score of 600 or above)
