Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Customer interface for quality issue or any customer requirement
• Onsite defect verification at customer IQC and assembly
• Regular meeting with customer and factory
• Follow up action items
• Review Factory report prior send to customer
• Work with customer and factory on IQC criteria and requirement
• Summary Customer IQC (Input Quality Control) and in process performance related to our Fan motor (LAR and DPPM)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: any, male is preferable
・Age: 25 - 30
・Education: College degree (engineering graduate most advantage)
・Language: Mandarin- Business Level
・Working experience: At least 3 years minimum work experience in the Quality and process manufacturing of components and machinery field.
・Others:
- Able to communicate with customers fluently and with a pleasing personality is an advantage
- Able to work more than expected hours upon work needed
- Flexible and easy to adopt with new environment
