Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English Business level
・Experience: At least 3 years of B2B sales or Account management experience or business development experience in any industry as below (Advertising agency, Marketing agency, PR/Events industry)
・Skill:
- Be able to give a creative pitch by using a character with a proper understanding of Client / Rights owner / Consumer needs
- High negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
*IP regulation can be learned later
・Others:
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, branding communication, retail business development function,
retail distribution and the retail environment
- Highly detail-oriented. Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to multi-task
- Analytical/Strategic Thinker
- Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative & Proactive. Open, Fair & Transparent mindset
