- Customer support for games developed by Japanese companies

<Job Responsibilities>
・Sending emails to end users (German)
・Escalating to game developers in Japan
・Researching by using management tools
・Communicating with the company about some problems and how to respond to them
・Inquiring analysis
・Reporting to Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language:
  - German:  Business Level. ( Candidates with C1 or C2 certification/ Candidates with studying abroad experience in Germany or working experience in German. B2-level candidates who use German in their daily work will be considered) 
- English - Conversational Level  for internal communications/meetings
・Working Experience: Not required/ Open for Fresh Candidate
