Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Late 30s to early 40s ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Finance), with a proven track record of managing real estate development projects or portfolios. - Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. - In-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s real estate market, trends, legal framework, and regulations. - Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. - Proven leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills to build and motivate high-performing teams. - Personal Attributes: Visionary, decisive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to uphold high ethical standards and integrity. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・MBA or advanced degree preferred. ・Experience working for a foreign company or Japanese company ・Working for an auditing company ・Experience in real estate development
