- Respond to customer inspections on quality assurance issues
- Deal with damaged goods from customers
- Respond to customer complaints and investigate the causes
- Analyze 5Why, fish bones chart, 8D report
- Prepare PPAP documents (Production Part Approval Process)
- Check internal policies
- Confirm abnormalities in the process (affecting quality)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers
Job Requirement

・Education: Graduated from University/ College or higher
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Have 3 years or more of management experience in the position of Quality Assurance Department in manufacturing companies
- Understanding of drawings
- Have Teamwork, Genba, 5Why, 8D skills
- Have knowledge about IATF
