<Job Description> - Respond to customer inspections on quality assurance issues - Deal with damaged goods from customers - Respond to customer complaints and investigate the causes - Analyze 5Why, fish bones chart, 8D report - Prepare PPAP documents (Production Part Approval Process) - Check internal policies - Confirm abnormalities in the process (affecting quality) - Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers
