Job Description
<Job Duties> - Developer of ongoing development projects in Hanoi, Vietnam, cost estimation (bidding, contract-related work) and construction site supervision. * Specific duties: cost estimation (main) and site supervision. 1) Construction project-related work performed by developers, such as design supervision (Technical Design, Construction Design stage), schedule management, budget management, bidding management, contract management, construction supervision (quality control, safety management), etc. 2) Preparation of various documents, preparation of reports, review of construction drawings (CAD data), and guidance and advice on alternative plans. 3) Communication with project team members and participation in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education : University graduate or college graduate related to architectural technology ・Age: from 30 years old and above ・Gender: Any ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience: - At least 8 years or more in the construction industry as construction-related site supervision (not facility-related site supervision ) + Previously employed by a real estate developer or general contractor with experience in project management (PM) or construction management (CM) <Skills>: - Skills/qualifications: Project manager qualification, construction manager qualification, basic PC skills - Other: welcome and prioritize those with experience in on-site construction management at a general contractor
