<Clients: Japanese and Vietnamese general contractors>
<Saturday Working: every week on Saturday morning (8-12 am) >
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Management operations on site
・Making plans and control for Installation equipment
・Work and give direction to other subcontractors
・Construction safety, construction period, quality management
2. Drawing by Auto CAD
・Checking and making drawings by order
・Assembly and production drawings(Iron construction material, such as steel board, chimney and railing, etc..)
・Checking the installation product quality and delivery date in the corporate factory
3. Other clerical work such as estimate calculation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Male
・Age: 27-40 years old
・Having working experience for around 4years
- Such as an Installation Engineer, Facility designer, and Building/Facility controller in the construction industry
・Having many project experience (more than 5)
・Language: English Business Level (Internal and Customer use)
・Can use CAD for Drawing
・Handling steel board, chimney, and railing
<Preferable Skill>
・Having Certificate issued by HCMC Department of Construction ( SO XAY DUNG THANH PHO HO CHI MINH) on electrical/ air conditioning/ plumbing (water supply & drainage)
