Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle all recruitment-related tasks
- Proceed with various business licenses for the company (e.g., Business Registration Certificate, Labor Permit, etc.)
- Manage all matters related to foreign employees (passport, visa, temporary residence card, hotel accommodations, flight tickets, etc.)
- Manage files, documents, and office supplies
- Monitor employee attendance, calculate salaries, and do reports
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and organize company events
- Assist the manager with some admin tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: University or College Degree, major in Economy, HR Management,...
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: From 3 to 5 years of experience in HR cum GA positions in trading companies.
・Dynamic, enthusiastic, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates who can start work immediately are preferred.
・Candidates who can use Japanese or are experienced in Japanese trading companies are highly preferred
