Job Description
<Job Duties>
- Contract management: Review, advise, make contracts & document for specific tenancy/ supplier. Act as front-line or back-line in the negotiation of the contracts.
- Corporate affair: Draft meeting minutes, resolutions, decisions of shareholders, BOD members, members’ council.
- Business licensing: Amend ERC, IRC, and land lease contracts for projects and subsidiaries.
- Administration work: Handle other legal and admin-related work (20% workload).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree and above in law field
・Age: 25 -35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English at business level
・Experience: at least 3 years of working experience in law firms, real estate, and construction companies.
- Know general legal/corporation law, and handle contracts.
- Can use MS Office
- Good communication skill and negotiation skills
