Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Arrangement of business travel, courier, stationary, room key, business dinner, internal activity, gift receipt management, company car etc.
- Other admin tasks requested by other members
- Communication/ Negotiation with vendors and HQ
- Coordination of contracts with vendors and HQ
- Coordination of sign & stamp
- Collecting documents (contracts, invoices etc.)
- Tasks related to HR/ Accounting which physically belongs to Hanoi Office
- Tasks related to real estate projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: From 1 to 2 years of experience working as an Admin Staff in MNC companies,
・Others: Not a job-hopper
<Preferable Conditions>
- Having experience in Japanese companies or Real Estate industry
