<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College Degree or above (majoring in Architecture or Facilities) ・Language: Japanese or English conversational ・Experience: More than two years of experience as a Facilities Quantity Surveyor ・Can use AutoCAD ・Required Skills: - Sense of responsibility for quality. - Understanding of work processes. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese business level ・Experience working at a cost estimation office ・Revit experience ・Rebro experience
