Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
1/ Production & Installation Planning/Schedule:
- Develop short/mid/long-term production plans based on demand, deadlines, capacity, and prepare resources.
- Manage on-site installation, coordinate the project, and stakeholders.
- Optimize labor, material, and overhead costs; reduce inventory.
- Monitor production KPIs, implement improvements; supervise activities, cut costs, maintain quality.
- Establish/optimize production, quality management processes (Lean).

2/ People Management & Development:
- Manage headcount plans, train, and develop the production team.
- Plan, allocate installation personnel, and evaluate performance.
- Ensure technical (welding, machining), safety training; assess performance, improve underperformers.
- Build a collaborative, disciplined, accountable, innovative work environment.

3/ Quality Assurance & OHS&E:
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015, comply with industry standards.
- Inspect quality, resolve defects (welding, dimensions); conduct safety audits, risk assessments.
- Promote safety culture, adhere to environmental regulations (ISO 14001).
- Oversee quality at each stage (AWS, ASME, ASTM); lead improvement, reduce rejection rates.

4/ Compliance, Governance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with industry, customer, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate production, safety records, and quality certifications for audits.
- Report performance, challenges, and improvements to senior management.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Language: English - Business Level 
- Experience: 
o	8-10 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, mechanical manufacturing, or heavy industrial production.
o	Experience in leading large production teams and optimizing fabrication processes.
o	Knowledge of ISO 9001, AWS welding codes, ASME standards, 5S, and lean manufacturing principles.

- Technical & Leadership Skills: 
o	Strong leadership skills in managing fabrication teams and driving process improvements.
o	Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a manufacturing environment.
o	Knowledge in CNC, welding, laser/plasma cutting, surface treatment, and assembly.
o	Knowledge of inventory control, production planning, and cost management techniques.
o	Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience in ERR/SAP is preferred
