<Job Responsibilities>
- Recruitment: Manpower Searching with Headhunter, recruitment process operation support (Searching-Document Screening-Interview-Hiring-Managing Employment Contract and Probation, etc.)
- Training: Managing New employee orientation, boarding training etc
- HR Management: Hiring/ Termination management, Contract employee management, etc
- Salary: calculate salary and overtime etc
- ER (Employee Relations), HR System support/ managing
- Overall HR&GA-related tasks ordered by the HR Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 4 to 6 years of experience as a General HR in any industry
- Have experience in Korean companies
・Others:
- Follows instructions well and has a sociable personality
- Has a tendency to prioritize the organization over individual interests
- Good at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having Korean language skills is an advantage
