Job Description

<Job responsibilities>
• Based on the development needs of the Company to plan human resources strategy
• Cooperate with Department Heads to rebuild the functions, tasks/job descriptions of job positions/departments.
• Cooperate with Department Heads to rebuild KPI assessment criteria and processes.
• Set up KPIs, monitor and evaluate employee capacity periodically every month or quarter.
• Make plans for recruitment, training, and human resource development periodically every year, quarter, and month.
• Recruit appropriate personnel according to the development needs of the company and departments year/quarter/month/week…
• Develop regulations on salary, benefits and measures to encourage and stimulate employees to work.
• Develop policies on promotion and replacement of personnel.
• Establish a human resources budget.
• Develop a career development program for employees.
• Organize and perform administrative work according to functions and tasks and according to the requirements of the Board of Directors.
• Rebuild labor regulations, systems of regulations, processes, and rules for the Company and monitor compliance with those regulations.
• Propose solutions and maintain the implementation of the Company's regulations and rules.
• Organize and operate related administrative activities: fleet management, medical care, document storage organization, support the organization of company ceremonies and seminars.
• Manage the IT sector to ensure the provision and support of IT services to users.
• Develop regulations and plans related to the use of the company's assets and equipment.
• Develop plans and organize, supervise the implementation of security, order, labor safety, labor hygiene and fire prevention.
• Research, draft and approve regulations applicable to the Company, develop the organizational structure of the Company - departments and implementing organizations.
• Propose the organizational structure and operating apparatus of the Company.
• Develop policies, regulations and manage activities related to human resources: Apprenticeship, probation, labor contracts, salaries, bonuses, annual leave... human resources regime at the company.
• Develop procedures for handling internal conflicts, handling violations/discipline for employees, resolving labor disputes.
• Support other departments in human resource management and act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and Employees in the Company. Support related departments in employee training, recruitment methods, etc. Support related departments in administrative work.
• Consulting and advising the company's Board of Directors in building a culture of conduct and professional ethics.
• Building activities to connect company members.
• Combining the development of the company's community program.

Job Requirement

<Required Skills/Experience>
・Education: University graduate
・Gender: Any (Male preferred)
・Age: over 35 years old
・Foreign language: English OR Korean at Intermediate level
・Experience: at least 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Administration.
- Have comprehensive understanding of recruitment, labor relations, salary management, performance management, training and development, regulations related to taxes and social insurance.
- Leadership skills: Ability to effectively lead a team, motivate employees
- Problem solving skills: Ability to handle emergency situations and personnel issues.
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with department leaders and employees, resolve conflicts (if any).
