<Job Responsibilities>
- Directly participate in and manage HR tasks such as C&B, recruitment, evaluation, salary negotiation, organization management, training, rule building, human resource management, labor relation management, etc...
- Support other jobs related to Expats (visa, work permit, temporary residence card, employee support...)
- Generally manage and operate the human resources department
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female only
- Age: 32 - 40
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in HR Management is preferable
- Experience:
+ Have at least 8 years of working experience in the HR field with solid knowledge about human management
+ Have experience as an HR Manager in manufacturing companies or factories
- Language: English - Business Level
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have HR experience in Korean manufacturing companies is preferable
- Have HR experience in steel industry is preferable
