Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Recruitment Activities: Handle the recruitment process, including seeking candidate’s profiles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and interviewing candidates.
- HR-related support: C&B, in charge of labor contract, build data of human resources, calculate and process payroll, compliance….
- General labor management of temporary employees, mainly for Sales Representative (who currently signed through by third-party).
- Support on Labor Documents for Foreign employees.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having at least 3 years as HR specialist in FMCG companies/Food manufacturers/ Headhunt companies.
・Specific experience: Interview, C&B, Recruitment, Training
・Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving
・Commencement: 1st Mar 2025
