JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise HR Staff to perform general HR tasks such as Recruitment, Orientation Guide, Training time-keeping records and periodical HR reports
- Review and make documents or reports relating to C&B functions such as Labour contracts, Salary list, Insurance reports, PIT reports…
- Receive and handle conflicts, labour disputes occurred at work place, support Board of Directors on considering and doing discipline in accordance with Company Labour Regulation.
- Prepare and implement plan of Recruitment, Training and development in accordance with the strategic Objective of the company
- Prepare the Procedures of HR & GA division, Rules, Regulation and Policies of the company in accordance with current Vietnam labour Code and Culture, policies of the company
- Cooperate with team and other department to organize activities of employees’ benefits yearly such as Year-end party, Company trip, Team-building…
- Perform other duties as per assignment of Superiors and Board of Directors

【Until Oct 2015】: Ba,Dinh District,Ha Noi
【From Nov 2015】 Hanoi IT Park Project in Sai Dong B Industrial Zone, Long Bien District, Hanoi
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor Degree or higher level in Human Resources Management or related
Experience: At least 4 - 5 year-experience in the similar position.
MUST: Experience of recruitment and claims processing of employee
