<Job Responsibilities>
- Create Job Descriptions then set up New Personnel Evaluation System
- Build a future road map for employees
- Design effective onboarding Annual Training Programs, review performance, and report training index.
- Develop Employee Retention Strategies
- Develop and implement HR Strategies that aligned with the company's business strategy
- Create a workplace culture that is consistent with the vision, mission, and values of the company
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Response for audit, inspection
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- 5 years of working experience as HR Specialist in a Manufacturing company including experience in team management.
- Experience in setting KPI
- Experience in personnel evaluation systems.
- Experience in setting personnel rules.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in MNC or Japan Company
