Job Description

<Responsibility>
1. Weight = 60% SCM APAC Region
• Work closely with the Supply Chain APAC leader and the leadership team, the role will serve as a strategic business partner and hands-on implementer of people strategies that align with business objectives;
• Act as an HR change catalyst to leverage data, metrics, and analytics to support supply chain leaders in making sound decisions;
• Assess current and future talent needs for the organization and partner with HR COEs to develop strategies and plans to meet those needs;
• Provide coaching to employees and management on issues that are complex, difficult, or emotional;
• Assist Leader, HRBP,  Company's Ops and Regional HRBP SCM and R&D to work on the specific functions and timely report out if any critical issue on business, organization, or people when there is;
• Support and deliver high-quality and timely implementation of regional or country HR initiatives /programs, participate in ad-hoc projects and duties assigned;
• Ensure full legal compliance and/or alignment with corporate HR guidelines.

2. Weight = 40% Vietnam country SCM
• Be the key contact person to provide partnership to the supply chain team in Vietnam, closely work with the country HR leader, HR COE, and Shared Service groups to execute all the defined HR activities and initiatives;
• Ensure the employee experience is aligned in Vietnam as well as the culture in the SCM APAC team.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience > 
- Education Background:  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Science Engineering, or related field;
- Language: English - Business Level 
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of Human Resources Partner experience in a multinational company, preferably with exposure to manufacturing industry supply chain function;
+ A hands-on, self-starter HR with strong influencing and conflict resolution skills;
