Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Import/export and customs clearance for EPE company - Managing procedures for the import of materials and products - Booking export shipments and managing shipping schedules - Preparing and preparation of export documents - Preparing and management of related documentation - Communicating with customers and logistics providers mainly via email - Average Overtime: around 5- 10 hours /Month
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25 ~ 30 ・Gender: Female only ・Education: College Diploma or higher ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: At least 3 years of work experience ・Others: Knowledge and experience in identifying HS codes, Customs codes, and purpose codes for import/export applications is required. - Frequency of overtime: 5-10 hours/month <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Communication level in Japanese
