<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all import-export business activities of the import-export department.
- Make import-export settlement reports.
- Respond to customs inspections and respond to related tax refund business.
- Conduct communication transactions with suppliers, customers, shipping lines, forwarders, and express delivery companies... related to import-export business.
- Check and issue documents related to import-export activities (invoice, packing list...).
- In charge of tasks related to purchasing business.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree and above in major related to the import-export field
・Gender: Any
・Age: From 30 years olds
・Language: English at Intermediate level
・Experience:
- Have at least 4 years of working experience in import-export operations AND at least 2 years as the team leader in the import-export department for EPE companies.
- Have experience in making import-export settlement reports for EPE companies, doing and corresponding post clearance audit customs
- Understand well about CO (Certificate of Origin )
