Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Leads SAP implementation projects.
- Manages post-SAP implementation processes in collaboration with external vendors and the Japanese headquarters.
- Share updates with the Japanese side.
- Manages security information and handles system failures.
- Builds an ERP system tailored to business processes.
- Coordinates with internal and external parties in response to system failures.
- Provide support for the company's IT environment.
- Setting up employees' PCs, and support for the internal system
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 40
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's degree (IT-related major preferred)
・Language: English OR Japanese - Business Level
・Experience:
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- At least 2 years of experience working with ERP and SAP systems
- Knowledge of IT security and business management software implementation
- Experience in the Japanese manufacturing industry is preferred
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Preferred: Working proficiency in Japanese
・Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
